Apple fries with dates and almond butter dip

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 m.-sized apple
  • 2 dates
  • 1 tbsp curd
  • 1 tsp almond butter (I use homemade)
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • 1 shot of milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

For children and sweet tooths Snack

Cut the apple into sticks (chips) and drizzle with lemon juice. Cut the dates into pieces. Arrange both on a plate. I always build a tower of apple chips and arrange the date pieces around them. For the dip, mix the quark and almond butter with the milk. Pour the dip onto the plate and enjoy. My kids love it as a quick snack in the afternoon. This recipe is designed for one child.
