Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 20 g glucose
  • n. B. Milk, lactose-free
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 egg(s)
  • e.g. vanilla powder
  • Oil, for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Separate the egg. Combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and glucose. Add the egg yolk and mix well. Add enough milk to reach a smooth consistency, or a little more if desired. Beat the egg whites and fold in. I also add a little grated vanilla bean from the mill. If you like the flavor of the vanilla extract, you can also use it. Fry the dough in batches in the oil over medium heat.
