Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 liter of milk
- 5 eggs
- ½ pack of baking powder
- 300 g flour, approx.
- 1 pinch of salt
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Egg pancakes, makes 15 pieces
Mix all ingredients thoroughly until no lumps remain. Then fry in a pan with a little oil on both sides until golden brown. Drain the finished pancakes briefly on a paper towel. Top the pancakes as desired, such as with sugar and cinnamon, applesauce, or something savory. These pancakes are also delicious cold as a snack.
