Raspberry dream foam

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g raspberries (frozen)
  • 500 g yogurt (0.1% fat)
  • 20 g honey
  • 20 g brown sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 5 minutes

light, low-calorie, fruity dessert

Place the still-frozen raspberries in a bowl (preferably a glass bowl; it looks great afterwards). Stir the honey into the yogurt and beat together for 2-3 minutes with a mixer or whisk to make it creamier and fluffier. Then pour the yogurt over the raspberries and sprinkle with brown sugar. Refrigerate the raspberry dream foam for a few hours until the raspberries have thawed. Tips: For breakfast, simply add 25g of rolled oats. If you want it sweeter, add vanilla sugar to the yogurt. Instead of frozen raspberries, use cherries from a jar, fresh strawberries, or a fruit salad. Serve everything directly into 4 dessert bowls instead of one large bowl. Set aside four raspberries before preparing and use them for garnishing afterwards.
