Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 500 g lamb’s lettuce
- 1 can of tangerine(s)
- 2 tbsp vinegar (raspberry)
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 2 tbsp oil
- 4 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp juice (tangerine)
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Wash the lettuce thoroughly. Drain the mandarins and reserve the juice. Combine the mandarin orange juice, raspberry vinegar, mustard, oil, and water to make a marinade, season with salt and pepper. Mix the marinade with the lettuce and mandarin oranges.
