Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 g oat flakes, wholegrain, gluten-free if necessary
  • 250 ml water
  • 2 pinches of sea salt
  • 100 g applesauce
  • 10 g walnuts
  • 1 pinch(s) cinnamon powder
  • 50 g quark, 20% fat or for the vegan version 50 g soy quark
  • 50 g low-fat curd cheese or for the vegan version 10 g pea protein isolate

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 8 minutes

Briefly toast the oats in a saucepan to allow them to develop their full flavor. Deglaze with water and add the sea salt. Simmer on medium heat for about 2-3 minutes. Then pour into a bowl and garnish with the toppings. Approximately 411 kcal per serving.
