- 50 g oat flakes, wholegrain, gluten-free if necessary
- 250 ml water
- 2 pinches of sea salt
- 100 g applesauce
- 10 g walnuts
- 1 pinch(s) cinnamon powder
- 50 g quark, 20% fat or for the vegan version 50 g soy quark
- 50 g low-fat curd cheese or for the vegan version 10 g pea protein isolate
Instructions

Briefly toast the oats in a saucepan to allow them to develop their full flavor. Deglaze with water and add the sea salt. Simmer on medium heat for about 2-3 minutes. Then pour into a bowl and garnish with the toppings. Approximately 411 kcal per serving.
