Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 ½ handfuls of arugula
- 2 tbsp, heaped sunflower seeds
- 2 tbsp olive oil or coconut oil
- ½ garlic clove(s)
- 1 tsp, leveled sea salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
vegan, simple, raw, great with pasta and as a spread
Wash the arugula, peel and split the garlic clove. Puree everything together and bottle. Tastes great with pasta and on bread.
