Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 avocados, ripe
- 1 lemon(s) or lime, untreated
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 150 g cocktail tomatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ bunch parsley, flat (or coriander)
- Sea salt
- pepper, black
Instructions

as a side dish to meat, grilled fish or salad
Grate the lemon zest into a small bowl. Peel the garlic and press it in. Add the lemon juice and finely chop the parsley, then add it as well. Peel the avocados, cut them into small cubes, and add them. Cut the tomatoes into roughly equal-sized cubes and add them. Drizzle with a little olive oil, mix everything well, and season with sea salt and pepper. Let it sit for a while and serve with grilled meat or fish. Delicious with tuna, swordfish, barracuda, veal steak, or pork steak. Just this relish and fresh baguette make a light, summery meal!
