Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pack of puff pastry from the refrigerated section (roll), alternatively 8 slices of frozen puff pastry
  • 8 Vienna sausages
  • 8 slice(s) cheese, optional
  • 2 eggs, whisked

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

very quick to make and super tasty

Roll out the puff pastry and divide into 8 pieces. Brush the puff pastry with a little egg. Place one slice of cheese and a sausage on each sheet, wrap tightly, and brush with the remaining egg. Bake at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
