Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 pack of puff pastry from the refrigerated section (roll)
- 1 pack of cream cheese (spicy herbs)
- 4 slices of cooked ham
- 1 pack of cheese, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Party snack
Spread the puff pastry with cream cheese. Then divide it in half. Place two slices of cooked ham on each side and roll the halves up (two rolls!). Now cut off about 1cm thick snails and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Don’t place the snails too close together, as the puff pastry will still rise. Finally, sprinkle with cheese and bake the snails at 200°C for about half an hour.
