Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 ml water
  • 400 g cream cheese (any variety)
  • Vegetable broth, instant (or stock cubes)
  • salt and pepper
  • Herbs of your choice (dry or fresh)
  • possibly cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

when you need something quick like pasta etc.

Heat the water with 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable stock and dissolve the cream cheese while stirring. Season with salt and pepper or a little more vegetable stock! Add herbs or fresh vegetables to taste! If it’s too thick, add a little water or cream! Bring to a boil once, and you’re done! It’s so versatile!
