Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g sheep’s cheese
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 tomatoes
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- basil
- oregano
- pepper
Instructions

with tomatoes and onions
Slice the tomatoes and cut the onion into rings. Spread half of the slices on a large piece of aluminum foil and drizzle with a little oil. Place the cheese on top and cover with the remaining tomatoes and onions. Season with basil, oregano, and pepper, drizzle with the remaining oil, and seal the foil tightly. Grill for about 20 minutes at a moderate heat. Serve with white bread.
