Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Total time approx. 8 hours 15 minutes
“My” fresh grain porridge: every evening I coarsely grind 0.5 tsp of every grain in the house. It is then covered with just enough water, sometimes kefir, so that the nutrients in the grain/seed multiply by up to 10 times. The grain + oilseed becomes soft. In the morning I add 0.5 lemon, the juice of which is freshly squeezed. 125g low-fat quark, 1 apple, coarsely grated around the crackling with the skin on (you can also dice it, but you can also use seasonal fruit), then add 2-3 tbsp of linseed oil (you either like it or you don’t). Or another oil that contains a lot of unsaturated fatty acids. First pressing is essential because the body cannot produce the fatty acids itself. I switched my household to a gluten-free diet about three years ago, which meant changing the grains a little. It was now just buckwheat, millet, corn, soybean meal (beans have to be dried first, otherwise, like all beans, they are not edible raw), amaranth and quinoa. Everything else has remained as stated above. I have been doing it since around 1982. This “porridge” contains all the vitamins, minerals, vital substances and some nutrients needed for a day. I have gotten through the years without any major colds or flu, and after a very short time I have noticed some improvements in my health. Surgery and open wounds heal very quickly, my hair and fingernails improve and my teeth benefit too. My bowel movements regulate themselves and, oh yes, the cravings and appetite for sweets (foods) disappear.
