Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 packs of sheep’s cheese (200 – 250 g each)
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely sliced
  • 1 sprig(s) oregano, finely chopped
  • 1 sprig(s) of thyme, finely chopped
  • 1 sprig(s) rosemary, finely chopped
  • 4 peppers, pickled, halved
  • 10 cherry tomatoes

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

quick and delicious!

Pour the olive oil into a small baking dish and mix with the chopped herbs and garlic. Then place the feta cheese in the baking dish (there should be enough oil in the dish so that the feta cheese is half submerged in the oil). Arrange the peppers, halved lengthwise, on top of the feta cheese and then bake in the oven at 200°C (fan oven) for 15-20 minutes (depending on the cheese). The cheese is ready when it starts to melt. Finally, scatter the previously quartered cherry tomatoes on top of the hot, bubbling cheese. Enjoy with white bread and red wine.
