Spelt semolina porridge with dates

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 ml soy milk (soy drink) or other milk of your choice
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp spelt semolina
  • 5 dates, dried

Instructions

Working time approx. 2 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 7 minutes

sweet and delicious

Pit and chop the dates, if necessary. Bring the milk to a boil with salt and maple syrup. Slowly add the semolina, stirring well. Simmer for another one to two minutes. Then add the dates and serve warm.
