Parasol mushroom schnitzel

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 8 mushrooms (parasol mushroom heads)
  • 2 eggs
  • Flour
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Clean the mushroom heads with a little water. Mix the eggs with salt, pepper, and paprika. Coat the mushrooms first in flour, then in the egg, and finally in the breadcrumbs. Fry the breaded mushrooms in butter for about 5 minutes until golden brown on both sides. Serve with salad and fresh bread.
