Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g double cream cheese
  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 1 medium-sized bell pepper(s)
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp cream or mineral water, if desired

ideal for raw vegetables, crackers, chips or as a spread

Combine the quark and cream cheese, finely chop the bell peppers, and fold in. Finely chop the chives and spring onions and fold in. Finally, season with salt and pepper. For a creamier consistency, stir in a tablespoon of cream or a splash of mineral water.
