Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 150 g potatoes
- 250 g mushrooms, fresh
- 25 g butter
- 100 g crème fraîche
- salt and pepper
Instructions

Clean and wash the vegetables, cut the potatoes into small pieces. Put the butter in a saucepan and add the potatoes. Cover and cook in the microwave for 3 minutes at 900 watts. Finely chop the mushrooms, add them to the pan, season with salt and pepper. Cover and cook for 3 minutes. Add 1/2 liter of boiling water and cook for another 3 minutes. Strain the soup with a blender, stir in the crème fraîche, and season again to taste. Heat for 30 seconds.
