Hot grapefruit fillets

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 large grapefruits
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 50 ml water
  • 50 ml juice (orange or grapefruit juice), freshly squeezed
  • 1 tsp cornstarch

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

for example with ice cream or pudding

Peel and segment the grapefruits. Combine the cornstarch and sugar in the water and mix with the juice. Bring to a boil, stirring continuously, and finally add the grapefruit segments. Serve warm, e.g., with pudding or ice cream.
