Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g potatoes
- 100 g cheese, grated
- 2 tsp wild garlic pesto (or freshly chopped)
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Boil and peel the potatoes, let them cool down and then grate them coarsely. Season the mixture with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Add the grated cheese and wild garlic and mix. Form into small patties and fry slowly in oil (fat) until golden yellow.
