Gnocchi with zucchini sauce

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g gnocchi
  • 1 large zucchini
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 tbsp cream cheese
  • ⅛ liter of water
  • 1 dash of sweet cream
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp vegetable broth, instant

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Briefly bring the gnocchi to a boil in boiling water and drain. Rinse and grate the zucchini. Heat a little oil in a pan, finely chop the garlic, and lightly sauté the grated zucchini with the garlic. Add 1/8 liter of water, stir in instant vegetable broth, and 3 tablespoons of Philadelphia sauce. If desired, add a dash of sweet cream to thicken the sauce. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
