  • 24 g cornstarch (corn starch)

Instructions

With this baking powder, you won’t experience the bloating that usually occurs when baking with regular baking powder. It’s dosed the same way as baking powder from sachets. Simply mix all the ingredients together well. Sodium bicarbonate is baking soda in powder form, which can be purchased at any supermarket. (Kaiser Natron) Silicon is also commonly known as silicic acid and is available at any pharmacy. Don’t be surprised by the size of the package; silicon is very bulky. You can buy citric acid at any supermarket. The specified amount is for people who bake a lot. However, since the mixture keeps for months, it’s advisable to mix it in the correct amount.
