Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g sheep’s cheese (feta cheese)
- ½ large melon(s) (watermelon)
- ¾ large iceberg lettuce
- 1 bunch of radishes
- 1 bunch of dill or 1/2 pack frozen
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper
- possibly walnuts, chopped or kernels of your choice

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
With radishes, iceberg lettuce, and dill. For hot summer days!
Cut the melon into small cubes and set aside. Chop the lettuce, thinly slice the radishes, and roughly crumble the feta cheese over the salad. Chop the dill and add it. If you don’t have fresh dill, you can use frozen dill and simply add it. Season with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Add the melon only when serving, otherwise it will be too watery. This salad is delicious on hot days and also goes well with fish. If you like, you can also add coarsely chopped walnuts or seeds.
