Spread the love

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 750 g grapes, seedless, light
  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 3 tbsp sugar or honey
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar or vanilla powder
  • 1 cup milk, 1.5% fat
  • 1 shot of mineral water
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 16 tbsp oat flakes
  • 4 tbsp sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Melt butter in a pan and toast the oat flakes until golden brown, stirring constantly. Add the sugar and continue toasting until the sugar has melted. Transfer the mixture to a porcelain plate and let it cool. Wash the grapes, drain them, and remove the stems. Halve the grapes. Place the quark in a mixing bowl and mix with the milk and mineral water until smooth. Add the sugar and vanilla sugar and mix well. Just before serving (to prevent the toasted flakes from becoming soft), place a layer of grapes, a layer of quark, and a layer of toasted flakes in a bowl or serving glasses.
