The most chocolatey chocolate cake
Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Melt the chocolate coating, cocoa powder, and butter in a double boiler. Let cool briefly. Meanwhile, separate the eggs and beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form. Then add the sugar and continue beating for a few minutes until the mixture is nice and creamy. Stir the egg yolks and flour into the chocolate mixture, then add the egg white mixture. Pour the batter into a greased springform pan. Bake for just under an hour, then let cool in the pan. It’s not a typo that the cake only contains 20g of flour. It’s actually true. The egg whites give the finished cake a thin, meringue-like crust on top, while the cake is wonderfully moist and chocolatey underneath.
