a WW recipe from me

First, fry the tartare in oil in a pan. Then reduce the heat slightly and add the finely chopped bell peppers, the equally chopped carrots, the celery pieces, and the onion pieces. Once everything has taken on some color and the tartare is cooked through, add about 250 ml of water. Now add the large can of peeled tomatoes. Mix everything in well. Now add the spaetzle. Simply add them to the pan; once they’re a little soggy and pliable, you can fold them into the mixture. After a quarter of an hour, everything is ready. Season the stew with salt, pepper, vegetable stock, Tabasco, and paprika. Available for 6.5 P per person.
