Quark dessert with fruit

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 kg quark (low-fat quark)
  • 2 cups of cream
  • 1 can/n peach(s)
  • 1 point berries (frozen forest fruits)
  • Sugar
  • vanilla sugar
  • cane sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Total time approx. 4 hours 20 minutes

Layer peach slices (finely sliced) in a glass bowl, scatter the partially thawed wild berries on top, whip the cream with 2 packets of vanilla sugar until stiff peaks form, then mix the quark with the sugar, fold in the cream, and spread over the fruit to form a blanket. Finally, lightly cover with brown sugar. Let it sit in the refrigerator overnight. If you really do have leftovers, you can eat it the next morning as breakfast quark.
