Baked baguettes with spinach and feta

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 baguettes for baking
  • 200 g leaf spinach, frozen
  • 1 pack of feta cheese, approx. 200 g
  • some garlic
  • 1 pack of cream cheese, e.g. Brunch, approx. 200 g
  • 100 g mozzarella, grated
  • possibly grease for the tray

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). In the meantime, cut the baguettes in half and then cut them lengthwise again. Place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper or greased. Prepare the spinach according to the package instructions and season with a little garlic. Dice the feta cheese. Spread the baguette halves with cream cheese, top with spinach and feta cheese, and sprinkle with grated mozzarella. Bake in the hot oven on the middle rack for about 10 minutes.
