Ingredients for 4 servings:
- ¼ liter almond milk (almond drink) or coconut milk
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp oat flakes
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- Cinnamon
- maple syrup
- e.g. soy yogurt (yogurt alternative) or coconut yogurt
- Fruit, e.g. blueberries/raspberries/banana/mango
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 15 minutes
Using a whisk, combine the milk with the chia seeds, oats, cocoa powder, cinnamon, and maple syrup. Let it sit for 20 minutes. Then stir everything again and refrigerate overnight. The next morning, divide between 4 glasses/bowls. Add fruit of your choice and, if desired, 1 tablespoon of yogurt. It’s perfect for taking on the go in a screw-top jar.
