Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 banana(s), organic
  • 1 cup low-fat curd cheese
  • ½ lemon(s)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • some sugar, brown or white

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

for a small appetite

Peel and slice the bananas. In a bowl, combine the low-fat quark with honey and lemon juice, then fold in the banana slices. Sweeten to taste with sugar (preferably brown cane sugar).
