Spread the love

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 1 kg natural yogurt
  • 250 g frozen fruit, e.g. strawberries, raspberries, mango
  • 300 ml water
  • 30 g cornstarch
  • 80 g sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 13 minutes

wonderfully creamy

Measure the water and reserve some for mixing the cornstarch. Pour the measured water into a saucepan. Add the sugar and fruit to the pan. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 30 seconds. In the meantime, mix the cornstarch with the reserved water. Puree the fruit with a hand blender, stir in the cornstarch, and bring back to a brief boil. Mix the fruit puree with the natural yogurt and let it cool. Once it has cooled slightly, refrigerate it. I always make my own natural yogurt in a yogurt maker designed for 1 liter of yogurt.
