Orange Gremolata

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 bunch parsley, flat
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 orange(s), organic

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

goes well with braised dishes, pasta and risotto

Wash the parsley and orange. Remove the parsley stalks and roughly chop the leaves. Peel the orange thinly (e.g., with a vegetable peeler), making sure to discard as much of the white part of the peel as possible. Finely chop the orange peel and garlic. Mix everything together. Serve with ossobuco, for example. If desired, you can also mix in some (organic) lemon peel.
