Healthy Bircher Muesli

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g natural yogurt
  • 6 tbsp oat flakes
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 apple
  • 1 pinch(s) cinnamon powder
  • some honey
  • e.g. fruit or nuts as topping

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 10 minutes

Mix the oats with the chia seeds and yogurt. Peel and core the apple. Grate it and add it to the porridge, then mix again. Sweeten to taste with honey, agave syrup, or something similar. Cover and refrigerate for 3-4 hours, or preferably overnight. If the granola is too thick or too thin after swelling, simply add a little more yogurt or a few more oats. Serve garnished with various fruits such as strawberries, blueberries, bananas, kiwi, and/or nuts, as desired.
