Instructions

Whisk the egg and egg white together and season with salt, pepper, and basil. Peel and finely dice the onion. Wash the tomato, remove the seeds, and dice it as well. Sauté the tomato and onion in oil over medium heat until the onions are slightly translucent. Add the egg and let it set for a moment. Then break it up with a spatula and turn it over until it is completely set.
