Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 honeydew melon or Galia melon, ripe, peeled, pitted, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 bunch mint, fresh, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp orange blossom water
  • 1 tbsp sugar or honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 20 minutes

In a bowl, combine the melon pieces with mint and orange blossom water, along with sugar or honey to taste. Cover and let stand in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours. Serve sprinkled with mint leaves. Tip: This refreshing salad makes an ideal dessert to spicy tagine dishes.
