Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g quark, low-fat
- 500 g raspberries or wild berries, fresh or frozen
- 1 cup whipped cream
- some cane sugar, to taste
- some lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
also works with mixed berries
Stir the quark and cream until smooth, then fold in the selected berries. Season with cane sugar and lemon juice, and refrigerate until ready to serve.
