Vanilla ice cream with hot raspberries

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 scoops of vanilla ice cream
  • 120 g raspberries, fresh
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • some water

Instructions

Working time approx. 3 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 13 minutes

Heat about 3/4 of the raspberries in a saucepan with a little water. Add the sugar and let the raspberries cook slightly. Strain through a fine sieve and return to the heat. Add the remaining raspberries and let them warm through. Pour the mixture over 3 scoops of vanilla ice cream and serve immediately.
