Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 500 g mascarpone
  • 500 ml whipping cream or Cremefine for whipping
  • 100 g powdered sugar
  • 500 g strawberries (frozen)
  • 1 bar of white chocolate

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

First, whip the cream until stiff peaks form. Combine the quark, mascarpone, and powdered sugar, then fold in the cream. Purée the strawberries. Pour the cream into a glass bowl. Spread the puréed strawberries on top of the cream. Grate the white chocolate and sprinkle it over the strawberry sauce. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
