Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 bananas, the riper the sweeter
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp peanut butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Banana pancakes, without sugar or other artificial additives.

First, puree or chop the bananas into small pieces and then mash them with a fork. Then, add the 4 eggs and the banana puree to a bowl and mix well. If you like it a little sweeter, add the peanut butter. Mix well. Then, heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and add about 1 ladleful (or any amount) of batter to each pancake over medium heat. Cook on both sides until you have a nice, brown pancake. You can then eat the finished pancakes on their own or with jam, fruit, or maple syrup.
