  • 500 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 200 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 m.-sized eggs
  • 200 ml applesauce

Shortcrust pastry without fat

Combine the ingredients in a bowl and mix with a hand mixer fitted with a dough hook until the dough begins to crack. Then transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead again with your hands. The dough does not need to be refrigerated or rested.
