Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 tbsp, leveled spelt flour
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 30 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 1 Oreo cookie
  • 3 drops of vanilla flavor (Flavdrops)

Combine the egg and flour in a large mug. Mash the banana on a plate with a fork first, then add it. Then add the low-fat quark to the mug and mix everything until smooth. Now crumble the Oreo cookie and, if desired, sprinkle it with Flavdrops. I recommend adding 3-4 drops of vanilla. Finally, mix everything thoroughly again and microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds at 600 watts. Agave syrup can also be used instead of Flavdrops. 332 kcal per serving.
