Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

for about 15 brownies

Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Line the bottom of a 28 x 15 cm or 20 x 20 cm baking dish with baking paper, grease it, and refrigerate. Heat the dark chocolate in a double boiler, then add the peanut butter and let it melt. Chop the white and milk chocolate and grate a small portion. Beat the eggs until frothy, gradually adding the sugar. Mix the cocoa powder with the flour and stir into the creamy mixture, along with the flavoring, cream, butter, chopped chocolate, melted chocolate, salt, and peanuts. Pour the batter into the dish and smooth it down. Bake for about 23 minutes. When inserted with a skewer, the skewer should be slightly damp. Let the brownies cool briefly, remove from the dish, and spread with the caramel sauce. Now just sprinkle the chocolate shavings over the top and cut the brownies into pieces.
