Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 liter of milk
- 250 g rice pudding
- 50 g sugar
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 24 cherries
- possibly desiccated coconut
- possibly almond(s), ground
- possibly pistachios

Prepare the rice pudding as directed on the package. Stir in the sugar and lemon juice, stirring occasionally. Let the rice pudding cool. Form 24 flatbreads from the cold rice, place a cherry in each, and roll each into a ball. Optionally, roll the rice pudding ball in coconut flakes, ground almonds, or pistachios.
