Zucchini – Mozzarella – Tomatoes – Vegetables

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 m.-large zucchini
  • 2 tomatoes (vine tomatoes)
  • 1 ball(s) of mozzarella
  • 2 tbsp cream
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • oregano

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the zucchini into 5 mm thick slices, along with the tomatoes and mozzarella. Place the zucchini in a hot pan, add the tomato slices, and finally the mozzarella slices. Season with salt, pepper, and oregano. Cook for about 5 minutes, then deglaze with cream. Add a little water if necessary, depending on the tomatoes. Cover and let stand for about 5 minutes so the mozzarella melts nicely. Delicious in the evening with a snack or as a vegetable side dish.
