Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g butter
- 125 g sugar
- 3 eggs, separated
- 200 g flour
- ½ pack of baking powder
- 2 bananas, depending on size
- 1 tbsp hazelnuts, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cream butter, sugar, 2-3 egg yolks, flour, and baking powder until fluffy. Beat 2-3 egg whites until stiff peaks form. Puree 2-3 bananas and fold into the batter. Grease a loaf pan and sprinkle with 1 tbsp. ground nuts. Pour in the batter. Bake at 175°C on the middle rack until golden brown. Baking time: approx. 50-60 minutes.
