  • 4 m.-sized pear(s)
  • 150 g yogurt (cream)
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 8 tbsp oat flakes
  • 2 tbsp hazelnuts, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel, quarter, and core the pears, then slice them thinly. Reserve a few slices for garnishing. Mix the yogurt, sugar, and vanilla sugar in a bowl, then pour it over the pears lined up in a baking dish. Scatter the chopped hazelnuts over the pear and arrange the pear slices on top for garnishing. Tip: On cold winter days, you can also stir cinnamon or other spices into the yogurt and warm the salad in the microwave or oven (do not bake or boil!). If you like it crunchy, you can toast the oats or chopped nuts in a pan without fat.
