Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g low-fat curd cheese
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 3 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Mix all ingredients well and pour into two dessert bowls. Serve immediately or refrigerate. Stir in fresh seasonal fruit, if desired, or pour over fresh seasonal fruit.
