Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 beetroots, approx. 300 g
- 2 apples, sour
- 1 piece(s) horseradish, if necessary 2 tsp from the jar
- 1 tsp, leveled salt
- 1 cup sour cream, 200 g
- 1 bunch of parsley or chives

Red carrot salad
Peel the tubers, quarter the apples, and remove the cores. Peel the fresh horseradish. Grate everything finely. Add the salt and sour cream to the grated mixture and mix well. Sprinkle with the chopped herbs.
