Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 onion(s)
- 200 g carrot(s)
- 200 g potatoes
- 1 tbsp flour
- 2 egg yolks
- nutmeg
- Oil for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Peel and finely dice the onion. Peel and coarsely grate the carrots and potatoes. Pat the grated potatoes dry with a paper towel. Then mix well with the onion, flour, and egg yolk and season generously with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan. Place the mixture in batches, forming small rösti, into the pan and fry over medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side until crispy brown. Serve hot.
