Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g beetroot, pre-cooked
  • 500 g apples
  • 300 ml apple juice, or apple-sour cherry juice
  • some lemon juice

Instructions

Chop the apples and beetroot in a food processor, add the juice and season with lemon juice.
